The Wrainbow Ballroom is a locally-owned and -operated social ballroom dance lesson facility located in Bloomington, Illinois. Lessons include a combination of International and American Smooth dance styles in addition to ballroom Latin dances. Classes offer a variety of dances so that when you go to social dance events, you have flexibility in the dances you can do—you aren't limited to only one dance form.
Summer 2009 classes are anticipated to start the first full week in July. The next full 10 week session will begin in September.
Over the summer, we will offer shorter (8 week) specialty courses to better accommodate vacations. Check out the Dance Courses page for the schedule and course information. Online pre-registration is now available!

Our Instructors:
Wayne Wright has been dancing and teaching social ballroom dance in Central Illinois for over 36 years. His areas of expertise are International and American-style Smooth and Latin ballroom dance.
Janette Jones has been assisting at the Wrainbow Ballroom for over 9 years.
Jennifer Lorenz has been dancing/assisting at the Wrainbow since 2006.
Erica Hoeft has been assisting with classes at the Wrainbow for the past two years.
Chery Lambert has been teaching ballet, tap, jazz and modern dance in Central Illinois for over 25 years.
